Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. 

We accept cash, credit, debit and paywave payments at both clinics.

We also have a PRE-TREATMENT payment plan called My Face Plan. This allows you to deposit any amount into a dedicated account either on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis to save towards your treatment. 

Cancellation

Due to the intensive demand of our business, when you book an appointment with us, we commit the time and skills of our highly trained professionals to look after you.

Late cancellations and clients who fail to turn up to their booking affect us significantly, and so consequently, we must adhere to a cancellation policy.

We respectfully ask that you put your appointments into your diary when you book them, and we then send out an email and text reminders as a courtesy.

Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10minutes late may affect your treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled.

We need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to give us time to fill the vacant spot.

Should you not be able to give us 24 hours’ notice we will endeavour to fill your appointment time with someone else, however this time has been allocated to you and therefore failure to give us sufficient notice or to make a scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost (minimum charge of $150.00).

We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for as much notice as possible.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Face Place Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed once expired.

They are redeemable on any products or services purchased in clinic. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for online product purchases. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Any vouchers that may have had the value altered or informally amended may void the voucher. Any damage or visible tampering may void the gift voucher.

No cash change will be provided for any voucher when used and any dollar value outstanding will be added as credit to your TFP account to be used for your next treatment or purchase.

Any purchases exceeding the gift voucher value requires the use of cash, debit or credit card to complete the purchase.

The Face Place is not liable for any vouchers that may be damaged, lost or stolen.

Promotional and TFP Client Birthday Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

You will be provided a unique code that you can share with friends and family to receive $50 off their first treatment with The Face Place

There’s no limit to how many friends or family you refer.

You will receive $50 off your treatment for each friend that has a treatment with us.

Only one reward is redeemable per visit. You’ll receive $50 off your next visit and your friend will receive $50 their first treatment.

Have your friend/family member phone or email us to activate the code and complete their booking.

The code must be activated prior to their appointment date or it is unable to be redeemed. Code is only valid for new clients to TFP.

Your $50 reward is only redeemable after your friend or family member has completed their first appointment.

The Face Place Loyalty Points

Clients of The Face Place are activated in The Face Place loyalty system from their first appointment

There are no loyalty cards or joining fees

Earn 1 point for every $50 spent on services and retail on 

1 point earned converts to $1.00 which can be used towards products and services in clinic

Points are collected over a 12-month period from the day your loyalty system is activated. After this 12-month period, points expire and can no longer be used

Points cannot be redeemed on the same day that they are earned

Points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable

Academy Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required to confirm your place in the workshop. We have small classes with a maximum of 6- 8 injectors per day depending on the workshop, so placement in the training course is on a first paid, first served basis.

For cancellations of your place in the workshop, we require at least 14 days’ notice.  You will receive a full refund of the training cost or the opportunity to transfer to another date, subject to availability.

Cancellations from 8 – 13 days prior to the training date are eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop cost or have one opportunity to transfer to a future date for the same workshop.

Any cancellations within 7 days prior to the workshop will forfeit the full training fee and are unable to transfer to an alternative training date.

Privacy Policy

Personal information provided to or obtained by us via this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
