Exion HA

Exion HA is a medical treatment that boosts hyaluronic acid in the skin and tissue without the use of needles. 
 
As the years go by, hyaluronic levels decrease, and our body’s ability to protect our own hyaluronic acid decreases rapidly. The depletion of Hyaluronic Acid has a significant impact on skin quality. Low levels of HA lead to a loss of skin hydration, volume loss, and consequently, the appearance of wrinkles due to collagen and elastin disorganization. 
 
Hyaluronic Acid not only adds volume but also intensifies hydration, leaving the skin glowing and remarkably smooth.
 
Exion HA treatment uses a revolutionary combination of two modalities, radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound. 
 
Thanks to that, it is the first patented technology which not only promotes collagen and elastin synthesis (1), but also stimulates the natural production of hyaluronic acid (2). This results in more youthful-looking skin on the face as well as the body.

Welcome! Your journey begins with either an Initial Skin Consultation or an Initial Injectables Consultation depending on your primary concerns. During your consult your clinician will discuss your concerns and treatment options and determine if Exion HA is suitable for you.
If so, we’ll schedule your first Exion treatment for another date.

Your Exion HA journey begins with your first appointment which includes a brief introduction to the technology and your clinician will explain all the requirements to make sure you’re suitable to continue with treatment that day.

Who can benefit from Exion HA?

Anyone who wants to improve the appearance of their skin, regardless of age or skin type, can benefit from a hyaluronic acid-enhancing treatment.  

How many treatments will I need?

A course of 4 treatments for the specific area is the initial treatment plan recommendation and maintenance of one treatment every six months.

What areas can be treated with Exion HA?

A total of 20 areas across the face and body including the periorbital area, forehead, neck and décolletage as well as arms, abdomen, thighs and the buttocks can be treated with Exion HA. 

What does the treatment feel like?

The treatment is known to be highly comfortable and even relaxing, according to some. You may feel warmth in the area being treated. There is little to no pain when receiving the treatment. 

Clients undergoing a course of Exion HA treatments can anticipate a rejuvenated complexion with reduced signs of aging and enhanced overall skin health. Over a series of sessions, typically spaced several weeks apart, individuals experience gradual yet significant improvements in skin texture, firmness, and radiance. With no downtime and discomfort, Exion HA offers a convenient solution for busy lifestyles, providing long-lasting results and restoring confidence in one’s appearance.  

How long does it take to see the final result?

Usually, patients tend to observe noticeable improvement approximately one month after the treatment, with the most significant results often being reported around three months after the final session. 

Is there any pre-treatment preparation or post treatment downtime?

Following the treatment the skin may be flushed and warm due to the heat generated from the radio frequency. This may last for up to a few hours.
