Our pricing policy
At The Face Place, we invest our time heavily in your consultation, so you can be fully informed and we can fully assess your unique needs and budget. You are paying for are our service and expertise. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment, but if you decide to, the consultation cost is deducted from your treatment cost.
We charge per unit or per syringe for injectables, based on the seniority of the clinician. We’re minimalists who believe in a very natural, balanced aesthetic. We pride ourselves on our technical skills – achieving excellent results, but often with smaller amounts of product.
Most importantly, our clinicians don’t get commission, so they have no incentive to upsell you and overfill you. We also don’t believe you should go into debt to get treatment, so we offer a pre-paid savings system, My Face Plan. See the menu below for a detailed price list.
Initial Consults
Initial Injectable Consultation – $275 with any nurse; $550 with Dr Cat.
Required before any injectable treatment with us, this full assessment is your chance to get all your questions answered and have all the possible outcomes and risks explained.
For BotoxⓇ, the consult cost is deducted from treatment if you decide to go ahead on the day (this can be done at the end of the consult). For dermal filler or PRP, which needs to be performed at a later date, the consult cost will be deducted at the subsequent treatment appointment.
Initial Skin Consultation – $165.
Required before any skin treatment with us, this includes a full skin assessment with our Observ machine. Cost is deducted from purchase of prescribed skincare products.
Botox
BotoxⓇ is our most popular procedure. Used artfully, it softly reduces dynamic wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that create lines, giving you natural-looking results. We only use genuine BotoxⓇ, which has been safely used for more than 25 years in a range of medical and cosmetic applications. Your treatment will be tailored for you during your personalised assessment. We charge by units used, not by area.

Dermal Filler
Commonly used to smooth wrinkles and folds by restoring volume which islost from the face as we age or lose weight, most commonly through thecheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, jowls, jawline and lips; or to harmonisethe face by enhancing lips, chin, nose, brows and cheeks. The dermal fillerswe use are made from a natural substance called hyaluronan, which has along and a well tolerated history, and can be dissolved if needed. Results areseen immediately and vary in duration depending on the type of dermalfiller used and the location.

Hyalase (dermal filler dissolving)
We use Hyalase to dissolve unwanted dermal filler.
Initial consultation and test patch – $275 (If there is an allergic reaction, you will just pay for the consultation)
Hyalase treatment – $550 (which includes the consultation fee). More than one treatment may be required.
Hyalase subsequent treatment – $275
If the dermal filler treatment requiring Hyalase was provided by us, any corrective Hyalase is complimentary.
Hair Loss and Scarring Treatment
air loss occurs in both men and women and can significantly affect a person’s self perception and self confidence. We provide an injectable treatment for hair loss that rejuvenates the cells. This same treatment is used to treat scarring.

Dermal Needling

Microdermaplaning

Healite II

Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand, when you book an appointment with us, we commit the timeand skills of our highly trained professionals to look after you. Therefore, werequire credit card details to secure your appointment.
We respetfully ask that you put your appointments into your diary when you book them, and we then send out and email and text reminders as a courtesy. Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may affect your treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to give us time to fill the vacant spot.
Should you not be able to give us 24 hours notice we will endeavour to fill your appointment time with someone else, however this time has been allocated to you and therefore failure to give us sufficient notice or to make a scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost (minimum charge of $150).
We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for as much notice as possible.
