When visiting our clinics to see our wonderful team, and to also enjoy some ‘me time’ for yourselves, we’ve mindful of making things easy for you. Neither of our clinics have onsite parking, this is becoming harder to find with commercial landlords, but we do have parking close by.
Quay Street Clinic
In our new Quay Street clinic, there are two large carparks that are easily accessible when coming in to see our team.
Downtown Carpark – 31 Customs Street West
A ticketless carpark, it is accessible from 31 Custom Street and is a short walk through Commercial Bay and across Downtown Square to our clinic at 152 Quay Street. Offering the most cost effective parking the fees are:
1 hour $5.50
2 hours $11
3 hours $16.50
Ways to Pay
If you have the AT App on your mobile phone, this is the easiest way to pay. Parking will start when your car registration plate is scanned by the camera on entry to the carpark and you can pay from your phone via the app before you exit the carpark. Alternatively there are automatic pay machines that accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos cards.
Britomart Carpark – Britomart Place
Britomart Carpark has two entrances:
88 Quay Street and Britomart Place.
The fees at Britomart Carpark are more expensive than Downtown and are approximately $6 for the first half hour and $6 for every half hour after that.
Ways to Pay
This carpark is not ticketless so you will need to collect a ticket on entry to the carpark. When returning to your cark, payment can be made on the ground floor in the lobby where there are a number of automatic payment machines.
Takapuna Clinic
At the present time there is an awful lot of disruption around our Takapuna clinic with road works. We appreciate that this is frustrating and causes delays when coming to your appointment. There are a number of parking options available when visiting our Takapuna clinic:
Toka Puia Carpark
This is the carpark in Northcroft Street and is a short 200m walk to the clinic. There are two entrances to the carpark, one in Northcroft Street which can be difficult to access at present, and a second entrance on Huron Street. The Huron Street entrance is less affected by the road works and so we suggest this a better option.
The fees at Toka Puia are $2.50 per hour.
Toka Puia is a ticketless carpark and therefore your registration is scanned on entry to the carpark.
Ways to Pay
If you have the AT App on your mobile phone, this is the easiest way to pay. Parking will start when your car registration plate is scanned by the camera on entry to the carpark and you can pay from your phone via the app before you exit the carpark. Takapuna Carpark – Anzac Street
Anzac Street Carpark offers Pay and Display and the entrance is located on Anzac Street. It is next to the children’s playground and small reserve on the corner of Lake Road and Anzac Street and has the movie theatre on the other side. It is a 400m walk from there to the Takapuna Clinic.
The fees at Anzac Street Carpark are $2.50 per hour
Shore City Carpark
If you are doing any shopping at Shore City you may like to park your car in their carpark and walk across to our clinic. Entry to the Shore City carpark is on Como Street.
The fees at Shore City Carpark are:
First 3 hours free with a receipt
4 hours $6
Street Parking
There are many streets around Takapuna that offer street parking and are a mix of parking metres and free parking. These are highly used by workers in the area so are a little harder to find.
The fees for parking metres are $2.50 per hour for the first two hours and $3 per hour after that.
If you have any questions at all about the parking options, please let us know! We hope this has made it easier for you and given you some options for the future.
