There are many aspects I love about my role at TFP, but one that really warms my heart is the impact we often make on our client’s well-being. Our reputation sees as us a ‘results driven’ clinic, but we frequently receive feedback about how good people feel from the moment they walk through the door and are welcomed by our lovely administration team, to seeing our caring nurses and skin therapists (skin treatments embellished by beautiful massage) to finishing with a touch of make-up and a warm goodbye, look forward to seeing you soon.
Life is incredibly busy for most people and sometimes clients come in feeling fragile or just under the gun, so it’s special when people have a complete turnaround, and leave looking relaxed and happy. We love the rapport and even friendship we have with our clients through long-standing relationships.
Just some of the lovely feedback we’ve received:
I’ve always referred to treating skin as ‘a journey’. Usually after many years of accumulated damage to the skin, it takes some time to make change; having said that change can start immediately, but incrementally. The first part of the journey sees improvement in hydration and inflammation, with some reduction in pigment and texture, but sticking to the plan means there are still changes occurring 2 or 3 years down the track, where the skin can look transformed from where we started. Often clients come to us with a particular concern, such as pigmentation, and once we have seen dramatic improvements the bar is set higher, and we continue to work on texture and luminosity. We know there is absolutely no point in recommending isolated packages or treatments if we are to see any change in the skin.
Given our approach, we create and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. We love seeing our clients enjoy the whole process when they come for their appointment. I can speak for all my team members – if one of our clients is having a tough day, we give them a little extra care and love.
